Instructions Serum or Plasma Pre-dose (Trough) Draw - At a Steady State Concentration from a Plain Red No-Gel Clot tube or EDTA Lavender Tube.
Separate from cells ASAP or within 2 hours of collection.
Transfer 1 mL (Min: 0.5 mL) serum or plasma to a Standard Transport Tube.

Unacceptable Conditions: Whole blood. Gel Separator Tubes, or Light Blue (Sodium Citrate), or Yellow (SPS or ACD Solution).
Stability:Ambient: 5 days; Refrigerated: 2 weeks; Frozen: 6 months
